End Date/Time: Sunday, February 05, 2012 2:00 PM
Recurring Event: One time event
Importance: Normal Priority
Description:
ST. COLMCILLE’S/GILNAHIRK GROUP - are planning a weekend of Bible Study and discussion on the theme of "Moving On" and would love you to come along to Corrymeela 3rd to 5th February. The Bible Study will be led by Padraig O Tuama (who spoke in Gilnahirk before Christmas) and the discussion will be all our own! We hope to look at the wording of the 1912 Ulster Covenant and the 1916 Proclamation and perhaps draft a response to these documents. We intend it to be a very relaxed time together - joining in discussion will be entirely voluntary and optional. All meals, coffee breaks and board are included in the price of £90 per person for the weekend. Please note, there is no provision for children at this weekend. Please email Judith@streamvale.com or ring 077 1183 2441 if you are interested.

Welcome to St. Colmcilles...

Welcome to our Parish Web Site. The Parish of St. Colmcilles is located in East Belfast and our church, is on the Upper Newtownards Road. We are approximately 2 miles from the city centre.

The purpose of the Website is to give our visitors, and every member of our parish family, information about the times we celebrate the liturgy of the Church and also to inform people about the various ministries, groups and organisations in the parish; what they do, where and when they meet and whom to contact if you would like to know more about them.

Please feel free to browse our pages to learn more about us.

Safeguarding Our Children

“Along with the family, the parish has a key role to play in promoting and protecting the rights of children.  This means that within the parish, the families, schools and groups work together in creating a safe and caring community in which children can develop and mature.”
